Call center for akimat of West Kazakhstan
This project was designed to solve several tasks ofthe Customer:
- Deployment of Call Center with capability to process to 60 simultaneous calls
- Corporate network for departments of WKR
Government and IP telephony AVENCOM is the Premier Partner of Cisco, which allowed us to be chosen for contractor role.
AVENCOM developed a technical solution that was based on the universal voice gateways Cisco, Cisco 3560 switches, the router Cisco 7200 and media servers
Systems passed acceptance testing and in time put into operational.
