Background

ZhaikMunai LLP as part of NOSTRUM Oil & Gas (NOG) Company announced the upgrade of its information systems, processes and migration to new platforms and standards.

AVENCOM Responsibility

AVENCOM LLP became integral part of this project covering the information, document control, engineering and project areas including the supervision of other contractor works.

AVENCOM Approach

AVENCOM:

• Developed and deployed internal Intranet Portal;
• Created web area, migrated data and automated the workflow for QHSE and Finance departments;
• Developed and implemented the joint document platform for Human Resources Department;
• Developed and deployed the Project Management Office portal;
• Developed Integrated Activity Planning process and associated documents;
• Participated in development of Well Delivery program;
• Developed Integrated Procurement Plan process for all business units.

Summary

The work has resulted in fully deployed and documented systems that are successfully used by the Client in its work.
